About

I am a second year Kingston University London student in Media Technology and Web Development with a passion for the internet and all the related areas.

I am currently working as an Academic Web Developer for Kingston University focusing on e-learning  web projects and applications both for students and staff.

In 2009 I spent six months as an Exchange Student at Chico State University in California, close to the Silicon Valley, experiencing lectures and seminars on web technologies by professionals working for Microsoft and Adobe among the others.

Before getting enrolled at Kingston University I spent ten years in Italian industry working partly as a designer and partly as a programmer acquiring numerous skills valuable for the course I am currently studying.

I have always been trying to practice for gaining the experience necessary to build modern, rich, standard compliant and accessible websites which will give to any user the best experience possible.

I am interested in all about Web and Internet. I spend most of my spare time using my laptop for surfing the net or writing code for some University projects or freelance work.

In 2008 I was the best student for “Fundamental Programming Concepts” while at Kingston University and I was awarded with a book by Dr Dimitris Tsapsinos, Principal Lecturer at CISM Kingston University.

When I am not stuck to my laptop I like listening to music, hanging around with friends to get some beers and going to the cinema. I like travelling and I basically get a flight to anywhere as much as I can!
